The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for directing the respondents to release the due payments of the petitioner i.e 10 days salary of May, 1996, medical allowance, TA/DA.

As per office report, the parties have been informed through email for the date fixed but none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, despite the case having been called out twice. Even no replication has been filed on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the department, if need arises.
