**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.49 dated 05.04.2021 registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC and Sections 3(1), 4, 5(2), 23 and 25 of the PreNatal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994 at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Notice of motion was issued on 27.05.2021 on the premise that the petitioner was allowed to join the investigation by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib and in fact petitioner had joined the same, but later on the interim MOHMED ATIK 2021.09.09 17:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-21098-2021 protection was withdrawn by the Court on the ground that the petitioner had acted as a peddler and had asked decoy patient to come near Gurudwara where instead of going herself, she sent someone else i.e. a lady namely Paramjit Kaur in her place. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing is to be recovered from the petitioner and she has joined the investigation in compliance of order dated 27.05.2021 to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harmanpreet Kaur admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 02.06.2021 and her presence is no more required for further investigation of the case.

In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 27.05.2021 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and she shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
