RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to learned Special Judge CBI, Punjab, SAS Nagar Mohali and set aside the order passed by Special Judge PMLA, dated 23.02.2023 and further restraining it for taking any coercive action against the petitioner while allowing replacing of bail bonds presented before Special Judge, PMLA, SAS Nagar, Mohali. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that there are no specific allegations against the petitioner and he is ready to appear before the concerned Court in the proceedings required. He prays that no coercive action be taken against the petitioner while he appears before the concerned Court.
