The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.622 dated 17.6.2018 registered for the offences under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 379-B, 506 IPC and (Section 325 IPC, which was added later on) at Police Station City Ballabhgarh, District Faridabad.

Notice of motion has been issued in this case. Mr. Sukhdeep Parmar, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana has appeared on behalf of the respondent-State and contested this petition.

Cr. Misc. No.M-34261 of 2018 [2] From the record, I find that as per the FIR, it is a road rage case. Though, the present petitioner is not named in the FIR which was got recorded by the brother of the injured, but the injured in his statement has specifically named the present petitioner.

Learned State counsel has shown me the photographs of the injured, who had received so many injuries on his person and he remained admitted in the hospital, as stated by the learned State counsel, for about 30 days.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, I do not find it a fit case where the present petitioner is entitled to the benefit of anticipatory bail.

Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
