No. 1329 dated 2.11.2017 under Sections 323, 494, 506 IPC seeks quashing of the F.I.R. and subsequent proceedings arising there from in view of legal provisions as well as facts and circumstances of the case.

Admittedly, after registration of the case the matter was investigated and now challan is said to have been filed in the Court of Magistrate having jurisdiction.
