*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.2 to issue fresh passport of the petitioner (minor) applied by her mother.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh after taking appointment as per the procedure prescribed.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
