***** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 CrPC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0030 dated 19.03.2019 under Sections 406, 498-A IPC registered at Police Station Satnampura, District Kapurthala.

Vide order dated 11.04.2019, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Accordingly, report dated 18.02.2020 has been received from the mediator, wherein it has been reported that the parties have settled their ASHWANI KUMAR 2020.03.04 18:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-16637 of 2019 -2dispute amicably and accordingly, a settlement/agreement dated 14.02.2020 has been reduced into writing.

This fact is not disputed by counsel for the complainant. In view of the fact that the matter has been compromised between the parties, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 11.04.2019, whereby the arrest of the petitioner was stayed, is made absolute. The petitioner shall not be arrested in the case unless a clear 15 days notice is given to him.
