(Oral) Challenge in the present petition is to the judgment dated 10.10.2023 passed by the Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Chandigarh whereby the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 30.04.2022 passed by the Principal Judge, Juvenile Justice Board, Chandigarh in FIR No.257 dated 11.10.2019, under Sections 376(2)F, 376(3) IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station 31, Chandigarh, has been upheld. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
