The petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail, apprehending their arrest consequent upon cancellation of their bail by the trial Court vide order dated 6.2.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners had regularly been appearing before the trial Court ever since the year 2013 and that their absence as on 6.2.2020 was the first instance of default on their part and which to was on account of the fact that they had noted down the date incorrectly.

Keeping in mind the aforestated facts and circumstances especially that the absence of the petitioners before the trial Court on 6.2.2020 appears to be solitary instance of default on their part, the petition is accepted and interim directions issued vide order dated 2.7.2020 are made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners shall appear regularly before the Trial Court and shall abide by the conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court.
