     Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, the fact that offences for which the accused have been hauled up are not of serious nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in %&'(!&()*+!,',- .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2  #3$   #2&4&('5$ 3 and %6.57&(1-2 !&()* '(1 ,*-28 + !,',-  .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2

" the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.231 dated 01.11.2014 registered at Police Station Sadar Fazilka under Sections 323/324/326/341/34 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua the petitioners, except petitioner No.2 Rajesh Kumar @ Khanni, are quashed. The petition stands allowed qua petitioners No.1, 3 and 4 namely Parveen Kumar @ Prince, Varinder Kumar and Gurmeet Singh @ Gurmeet Chand respectively and dismissed qua petitioner No.2 Rajesh Kumar @ Khanni.
