ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 19.08.2021 passed in CWP No.15924 of 2021, vide which as an interim measure, the petitioner was allowed to participate in the selection process on provisional basis.

As per the affidavit filed by the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, the petitioner was permitted to join the process, however, he was not selected as he was not found eligible at the time of scrutiny of the documents as he was not having a Pharmacist registration certificate as on cut-off date i.e. 09.10.2019. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
