The limited prayer made in the present revision petition is for expeditious disposal of the suit being CS-2301-2021 titled as 'Sunder Lal V/s Amit Kumar & Ors. ' pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Patiala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has been diagnosed with cancer and hence prays for early disposal of his case.
