This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 430 dated 27.04.2013 under sections 147/148/149/307/506/447/420/467/468/471/120B IPC and section 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act and 3/5 of SC & ST Act at Police Station Sadar Hisar district Hisar.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Suresh Kumar, who is present in court, submits that trial is at the stage of culmination. Statement of the accused under section 313 has also been recorded. Trial is at the fag end.

In view of above, no case is made out for enlarging the petitioner on bail. Dismissed.
