The present petition has been filed for directing the respondent No.3 to consider the continuous service rendered by the workman since 1997 till date on daily wages.

Learned counsel faced with the fact that the relief sought in the petition and the demand raised, it being a pre-requisite to seeking a writ of mandamus, necessarily has to be same, thus, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to enable the petitioner to file a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
