CRM No.25582 of 2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to place on record Annexure P3 and P4 i.e the order passed in CRM-M No.12492 of 2019 and CRM-M No.9124 of 2019 filed by the coaccused. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Additional documents are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

Main case Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.02 dated 17.01.2019 registered under Sections 353, 186, 148, 149 of IPC, at Police Station Tapa Mandi, District Barnala, Punjab. CRM-M No.16924 of 2019 (O&M) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused Gopal Paswan and Vijay Kumar @ Vijay Chah Wala have been granted concession of anticipatory bail vide orders dated 16.05.2019 and 14.08.2019 passed in CRM-M No.12492 of 2019 and CRM-M No.9124 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in compliance of the order dated 12.04.2019, petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sarabjit Singh admits the aforesaid fact and submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case.

In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 12.04.2019 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
