" the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.252 dated 22.10.2007 registered at Police Station Butana, District Karnal under Sections 148/149/323/324/325/326/506 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua the petitioners are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
