(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 for fair and impartial investigation in FIR No. 317 dated 24.08.2017, under Sections 323, 406, 354, 498-A and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar. In this regard the petitioner has already approached the authorities by way of representation dated 25.08.2017 (Annexure P-4) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 25.08.2017 (Annexure P-4) in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Ms. Gaganpreet Kaur, learned AAG, Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Let three copies of the petition be supplied to her during the course of the day, failing which no action is called for.
