Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dharamkot, District Moga. The present petition is disposed of with the directions to the Director General of Police, Punjab, Chandigarh to personally monitor through his subordinate officer not below the rank of Inspector General of Police and to look into the grievance of petitioner Massa Singh that has been highlighted in his representation dated 1.9.2015 Annexure P/1 and in DALBIR SINGH TIWANA 2016.05.19 11:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
