Cr. Misc. No.M-34298 of 2018 [2] petition.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the record.
From the record, I find that the present petitioner is named in the FIR. He was armed with a gun and fired two shots which hit Ram Lal and Maninder Kumar.
Keeping in view the serious allegations against the present petitioner; further active role attributed to him that he fired two shots from the gun which hit two persons; he is the main accused and as he is required for custodial interrogation, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioner is entitled for the grant of anticipatory bail.
Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
