This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 14.10.2024 passed in CWP-26170-2024. 2.

The compliance report by way of affidavit of Ritender Pal Kaur Dhariwal, District Programme Officer, Department of Social Security and Women and Child Development alongwith a speaking order dated 21.04.2025 deciding the representation of the petitioner has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.
