(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Gurbhej Singh in case FIR No.88 dated 29.06.2018 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 483 and 379 IPC at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Learned State counsel, assisted by learned counsel for respondent No.2, submits that petitioner did not re-join the investigation nor handed over demand draft for `65,000/- in compliance of order dated 28.09.2018. Petitioner has also been declared proclaimed offender in case FIR No.461 dated 04.08.2018.

In view of above, instant petition is dismissed for noncompliance of order dated 28.09.2018 and for want of prosecution as well. (RAMENDRA JAIN) November 13, 2018 JUDGE R.S.
