(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.55 dated 24.02.2023, registered under Section 34, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Model Town, District Panipat. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 18.05.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, being instructed by SI Kanahiya Lal, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 18.05.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
