Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in complaint case bearing No. 145 dated 5.10.2016 titled as "Gurjant Singh v. Hardev Singh and Others". Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that present complaint is a counter blast of FIR No. 51 dated 2.8.2016, registered under Sections 452, 323 & 34 IPC at Police Station Mallanwala, District Ferozepur and petitioners are still ready to appear before the learned Court below where summoning order has been issued.

In view of the above facts, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Court below and the learned trial Court shall consider their application for grant of bail, as expeditiously as possible.
