***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.70 dated 03.09.2016 under Section 420 IPC at Police Station City-II, Abohar, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated September 11, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated September 11, 2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
