Gupta, Advocate for respondents No.3 to 10 had, unfortunately, passed away. Therefore, notices were issued to the petitioners and respondents No.2 to 10 for today. The office report reads as under:- "Respondent No.2 - Panchayat has been dissolved. Respondent No.3 - Not residing at given address. Respondents No.4 to 10 and petitioners - died." 2.
None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Stay order already stands vacated on 22.03.1999.
