The above Execution Petition is stated to be pending since 18.10.2023. In view of the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case titled as Periyammal (dead) through LRs & Ors. V/s V. Rajamani & Anr. [2025 SCC Online (SC) 507] that all the execution petitions are to be decided within a period of six months without fail otherwise the concerned Presiding Officer would be answerable to this Court on the administrative side, no further direction is required to be passed.
