, -./ The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr. P.C. for quashing the impugned FIR No. 0044 dated 29.01.2019 under Sections 379, 406, 420, 448, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Safidon, District Jind.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that a cancellation report has already been filed by the Police in the present case and the present petition has been rendered infructous. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
