***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL , J . (Oral) The petitioner, who is a juvenile, seeks grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered against him vide FIR No. 14 dated 13.2.2024, Police Station Khilchian, District Amritsar, under Sections 324, 326, 427, 506, 34 IPC.

The Court below dismissed his application being not maintainable as there is no concept of arrest of a juvenile. Learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Sikander Lal has stated that the petitioner is not required to be arrested. In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition stands dismissed.
