At this stage, the counsel for the respondent submits that he does not intend to file reply and has no objection, if the transfer application is allowed and the divorce petition is transferred from Bathinda to Faridkot. In view of the statement given by the counsel for the respondent and considering the fact of the petition under Section 144 of the Bharatiya Sonu 2025.05.29 14:29 I agree to specified portions of this document P&HHC

TA-428-2025 Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, between the parties to the lis, already pending in the Courts at Faridkot, wherein the respondent is making appearance and also considering the distance between the two places, the transfer application is allowed and the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act titled 'Veerish Behl Vs. Yukta' (Annexure P-1), filed by the respondent-husband, stands transferred from the Family Court, Bathinda, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Faridkot. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Bathinda, to the District and Sessions Judge, Faridkot.

Learned District and Sessions Judge, Faridkot, shall assign the said petition to the Family Court, Faridkot. Even, the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Faridkot, within a period of one month from today onwards.
