CRM-M-33400-2017 Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking quashing of FIR No. 76 dated 14.7.2017, registered under Section(s) 61/1/14 of the Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Khamano as well as subsequent FIR No. 94 dated 23.8.2017 registered under Section(s) 61/1/14 of the Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Khamano.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that in the present petition, he restricted his prayer to the decision of representation date 17.7.2017 (Annexure P5) by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib.
