In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 5-Superintendent of Police (D) Moga, District Moga, to complete the enquiry expeditiously preferably within one months as the petitioner has been falsely implicated in FIR No. 111 dated 05.06.2017 registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Bagha Purana, District Moga and further to take appropriate action against the delinquent officials, who has lodged false FIR against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No.5-Superintendent of Police (D), Moga, is directed to decide the representation dated 08.07.2017 (Annexure P-4) moved by the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, respondent No. 5-Superintendent of Police (D) Moga, is directed to look into the matter and decide the representation Annexure P-4, moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to him, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
