Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel contends that he would be satisfied if the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, (respondent No.2) be directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in a timebound manner. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and going through the contents of the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law, within two months of receipt of certified copy of the present order.
