Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.28 dated 20th April, 2021, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Professional Regulation Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Bilga, District Jalandhar. This Court vide order dated 27th May, 2021 granted interim bail to the petitioners subject to joining investigation. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Harnek Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating.

As no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted on 27th May, 2021 is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
