**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., for grant of concession of bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 0457, dated 28.08.2015, registered under Section 376-D of IPC, lodged at Police Station Punhana, District Nuh.

Learned State counsel at the outset, on instructions from SI Kishan Singh, has apprised the Court that the prosecution evidence stands concluded and the case is now fixed for recording of the statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and hence, the trial is likely to conclude in the near future. In the circumstances, no ground is made out to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed.
