***** SABINA, J Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.102 dated 08.06.2015, under Sections 451, 323, 324, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 201 and 308 IPC (added lateron) registered at Police Station Samana, District Patiala.
While issuing notice of motion following order was passed by this Court on 30.09.2015:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that as per the prosecution story, petitioners had given fists and kick blows on the person of the wife of the complainant. However, there was no medico legal report qua the injuries, if any, suffered by the wife of the complainant.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioners be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioners shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973." Learned State counsel who is assisted by Head Constable Jagwinder Singh has submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation and are not required for further investigation. Learned State counsel has further submitted that offences under Sections 201/308 IPC were added at a later stage whereas offences under Sections 326/307 IPC have not been added as stated in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners has made an oral request that in the head note of the petition necessary correction be made and instead of the offences under Sections 326/307 IPC alleged to have been added at a later stage, it be corrected that offences under Sections 201/308 IPC had been added at a later stage. Let necessary correction be made in the head note of the petition.
Interim bail granted to the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 30.09.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
