This order shall dispose of the aforesaid two petitions filed on behalf of petitioners Vikash Gurjar and Abhimanyu alias Monu seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.0660 dated 10.12.2019 at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad under Sections 323, 341, 379-A, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. The allegations, in nutshell, are to the effect that the petitioners had caused injuries to the complainant and had snatched an amount of `5,000/-. 3.

It is not disputed that the injuries found on the person of the complainant are in the nature of simple injuries.

The learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Rajesh, has informed that pursuant to interim directions, the petitioners have since joined investigation.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and while bearing in mind the nature of injuries sustained by the complainant, which are stated to be simple, and that it is a case of snatching of `5,000/- only and while also noticing that the petitioners have since joined investigation, both the petitions are accepted and the interim directions issued by this Court vide orders dated 2.7.2020 and 10.2.2020 are hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners shall join investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. 22.9.2020 ( Gurvinder Singh Gill ) pankaj Judge Whether speaking /reasoned Yes / No Whether Reportable Yes / No PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.09.22 17:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
