ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in crossversion registered vide DDR No.40 dated 03.07.2017 under Sections 295, 149 IPC in FIR No.163 dated 15.06.2017 registered under Sections 323, 324 read with Section 34 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later) at Police Station City Kapurthala, District Kapurthala. The operative part of the order dated 16.08.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioners, is reproduced as under:- "....Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the complainant party is the accused in main FIR No.63 dated 15.06.2017, in which the petitioners have suffered injuries and the allegations in the cross-version is that the petitioners have pulled the hair and beard of the complainant.

CRM-M No.34348 of 2018 (O&M) Kewal Singh, has submitted that the petitioners be directed to join investigation.

List again on 23.10.2018...."

Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 16.08.2018, the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Satnam Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners are no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 16.08.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
