Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 2 & 3 to take appropriate action on the complaint, filed by the petitioner, against the private respondents for causing loss to his property, beating and threatening him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 7.7.2015 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.2Commissioner of Police, Gurugram, but the same remained unattended till now.
