(ORAL) Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents No.1 to 5 for conducting fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.36 dated 17.05.2021, registered under Section 51(b) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 188, 269, 270, 380, 427, 457 and 506 IPC, at police station Mansa Devi Complex, District Panchkula. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 19.05.2021 (Annexure P-6), wherein certain facts have been brought to the notice of the police authorities regarding the threat, which are being received by the petitioner after registration of the above-said FIR at the hands of the accused.

Ms. Rajni Gupta, Advocate, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5 and Mr. Arshdeep Cheema, Advocate, who has also joined the proceedings through video conference keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.10. Learned counsels appearing for the respondent-State as well as respondent No.10 have no objection with regard to prayer of the petitioner for deciding the representation dated 19.05.2021 (Annexure P-6) by respondent No.2 in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner in the petition or in the representation (P-6), respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation dated 19.05.2021 (Annexure P-6) by passing a speaking order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Present writ petition stands disposed of.
