Petitioner seeks concession of regular bail in a case registered against him under sections 302, 452, 326, 324, 323, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Harike vide FIR No. 163 dated 04.11.2014.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Karamjit Singh, who is present in court, informs the court that out of eighteen witnesses cited by the prosecution, three have been examined. According to him, petitioner is also accused of causing injuries to the deceased and the injured witness. In view of above, no ground for enlarging the petitioner on bail is made out.
