(Oral) Learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that the matter has been compromised between the parties and CRM-M-4159-2017 filed by present respondent No.1 Mahavir Parshad Aggarwal, has been dismissed as having become infructuous by this Court today itself. Therefore, his petition has also become infructuous and be decided accordingly.
