The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to issue appropriate directions to the respondents No.4 and 5 not to harass the petitioner illegally. 2.

On an advance notice, Mr.I.P.S.Sabharwal, DAG, Punjab has appeared on behalf of the official respondents and on instructions from ASI Kishan Lal, he submits that FIR No.10 dated 10.04.2024 under Sections 457, 387, 420, 465 IPC, Police Station NRI Jalandhar City, Jalandhar has been registered against the present petitioner and the investigation is being conducted by the police, in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the statement made by the learned State Counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case and accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
