 Present : Petitioner in person along with Mr. Jitender S. Kundu, Advocate for the petitioner. Ms. Mahima Yaspal, AAG, Haryana.

Complainant in person along with Mr. Sandeep Singhal, Advocate for the complainant.





   
Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.333 dated 13.06.2013, registered under Sections 4983A, 406, 377 and 506 IPC, Police Station Rohtak City, District Rohtak.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 30.09.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has cooperated. He further states that the matter has since been amicably settled.

Learned State counsel on instructions has stated that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Looking to all these circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 30.09.2015 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
