  HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of directions to the official respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against the respondent Nos.4 to 7 in FIR No.912 dated 12.09.2018 under Sections 415 and 420 IPC at Police Station Thanesar City, Kurukshetra (Annexure P-1).

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Rajesh Kumar submits that in the instant case FIR No.912 dated 12.09.2018, the cancellation report stands submitted before the trial Court on 03.10.2022. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with the liberty to avail his legal remedies in accordance with law.
