This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 19.12.2022, 26.09.2023 and 18.12.2023 (Annexures P-1, P-2 and P-4 respectively).

A perusal of order sheets would reveal that on 30.04.2024, the matter was adjourned on request of learned counsel for the petitioner for 27.05.2024. On the adjourned date i.e. 27.05.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 29.05.2024. On 29.05.2024, the matter was again adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner for today. 3.
Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4.
It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.
