(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a case FIR No.97 dated 29.08.2016, under Sections 323 and 354(A)(I), 452 and 506 IPC, has been registered at Women Police Station, Mewat, District Mewat, against the accused with the allegations that they molested the present petitioner by entering into her house. During the pendency of investigation, the petitioner being threatened by the accused. In this regard, an application (Annexure P-1) has made given to the In-charge, Police Post Bibipur, Nuh, Mewat but no action has been taken thereon till date. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Mewat (respondent No.2), to consider the application (Annexure P-1), in accordance with law.
