**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioners is that they are entitled for the grant of promotional increment on completion of 23 years of service in view of the circular/order dated 23.04.1990 (Annexure P-2).

Counsel for the petitioners further states that a bunch of writ petitions, involving the same question of law, being CWP No. 1013 of 2017 titled as 'Balvir Singh Vs. PSPCL and another' and other connected cases, decided on 29.11.2018 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the petitioners pray that the present writ petition be also disposed of in the same terms as the question of law raised in the present writ petition is identical to CWP No. 1013 of 2017 titled as 'Balvir Singh Vs. PSPCL and another' and other connected cases, decided on 29.11.2018.
