No. 6382 of 2020 This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition in view of the compromise between the petitioner and the caveator. Copy of compromise dated 13.7.2020 (Annexure A-1) has been placed on record. Learned counsel for the caveator admits the factum of compromise. Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3 states that he has no objection if the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the present writ petition in view of the said compromise whereas learned State counsel admits that the State is not concerned with the matter and petitioner may withdraw the petition if he feels like.

The application is allowed.
