The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of FIR No.06 dated 10.01.2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 120-B of Indian Penal Code and 24 of Immigration Act at Police Station Moti Nagar District Ludhiana, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise.

As per report, none had appeared before the Court concerned for getting their statements recorded as per order dated 11.04.2019. As none had appeared before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate as per order dated 11.04.2019 to get their statements recorded, it appears that compromise between the parties has fizzled out. Dismissed.
