At request and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, writ petition is taken on Board for hearing today itself. Application is disposed of accordingly.

CWP-10380-2021 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to grant the benefit regarding seniority, pay fixation, appointment etc. w.e.f. the date it was afforded to similarly situated candidates. Present writ petition was admitted on 28.06.2021 while noting the contention of learned counsel for the State that petitioner's order of appointment was RITU SHARMA 2022.03.25 16:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CM-17648-CWP-2021 in/and CWP-10380-2021 -2conditional subject to decision of SLP Nos. 25184-25214 of 2018 titled 'Haryana Staff Selection Commission versus Priyanka and others'. Learned counsel for the State has furnished a copy of order dated 04.03.2022 whereby benefit of notional pay fixation and seniority has been afforded to the petitioner w.e.f. 31.08.2017. Order dated 04.03.2022 is taken on record subject to just exceptions. In this view of the matter, it is submitted that present writ petition is rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not deny the same.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

Needless to say, in case, petitioner has any subsisting grievance even after passing of order dated 04.03.2022 as raised in this petition, she is at liberty to avail her remedy/remedies as may be available to her. (LISA GILL) March 24, 2022 JUDGE rts
